Business Systems Analyst Hybrid |
Point Reyes Station & Petaluma, CA Salary:
Up to $120K | Full-Time, Non-Exempt About the Role Join a growing, family-owned food manufacturing company where you'll play a key role in supporting and improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the business. The company has been on Business Central for two years with a strong foundation already in place. This role is ideal for someone who understands both ERP systems and manufacturing operations and wants the opportunity to make a visible impact across Finance, Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics. You'll be a go-to resource for users, help optimize processes and reporting, troubleshoot issues, and support upcoming system projects and enhancements. What You'll Do- Own and optimize Business Central with internal teams and third-party support
- Support Finance, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory modules
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide hands-on training and support
- Improve workflows, configuration, SOPs, and system processes
- Support production and warehouse processes including mobile devices, barcoding, SKU management, lot traceability, inventory, and routings
- Develop reporting using Jet Reports, Excel, Power Query, and other tools to pull data beyond native Business Central reporting
- Partner with leadership and consultants on system enhancements and future projects What We're Looking For
- ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and cost accounting
- Experience with inventory and/or warehouse operations; lot traceability is a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills; Power Query or SQL experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working directly with users across all levels
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus Why Join?
