POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Information Analyst serves as the Contract's authoritative owner of Adverse Legal Action (ALA) case data and reporting. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of ALA case information, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, integrity, and traceability of all case-related reporting and data. The Business Information Analyst supports the Project Manager by producing CMS-required reports, responding to ad hoc analytical requests, maintaining reporting standards, and leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve operational insight and reporting performance. The Business Information Analyst applies AI-assisted data quality and analytical techniques to identify trends, anomalies, performance risks, and data inconsistencies while ensuring that all outputs remain compliant with the Task Order Statement of Work (TO SOW), ALA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), CMS policies, and applicable federal requirements. AI-generated findings are used to augment decision-making and operational performance; however, all insights, recommendations, and final products are reviewed and validated by qualified personnel prior to implementation or submission. DUTIES Reporting and Analytics Prepare and deliver all CMS-required reports, dashboards, metrics, and performance summaries within established timelines.

Develop and maintain recurring operational, management, and performance reports.

Respond to ad hoc data requests from CMS leadership, project management, and operational stakeholders.

Analyze case trends, workload patterns, processing timelines, outcomes, and key performance indicators. AI-Enabled Data Quality and Insight Generation Utilize AI-enabled data quality and analytical tools, including rule-based validation, anomaly detection, pattern recognition, and predictive analytics techniques, to strengthen data oversight and reporting accuracy.

Validate all AI-generated findings through human review prior to operational use, reporting, or decision-making.

Document methodologies, validation results, and corrective actions associated with AI-assisted analyses.

Ensure AI tools and analytical practices support human judgment and do not replace policy-driven decision-making or established case review processes. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Identify emerging risks, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.

Support continuous process improvement efforts through fact-based analysis and performance measurement.

Monitor compliance with TO SOW requirements, ALA SOPs, CMS policies, and reporting standards.

Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity and adherence to established quality standards. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with the Project Manager, Case Review leadership, and CMS stakeholders to identify reporting needs and performance objectives.

Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable business information.

Provide subject matter expertise on ALA data reporting requirements, and analytical methodologies.

Present findings and actionable recommendations to project leadership and CMS stakeholders.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or performance measurement.

Demonstrated experience developing complex reports, dashboards, and analytical products.

Experience performing data validation and quality assurance.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence or reporting tools.

Experience interpreting and analyzing datasets to support operational decision-making.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to obtain andmaintaina High-Risk Public Trust or equivalent federal client access.

This role supports sensitive federal programs and involves elevated access to systems and data.

Position requires the current ability to obtain andmaintainrequired access without interruption in alignment with long-term program needs.

Mustbe authorized towork in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting federal government or healthcare-related contracts.

Experience working with case management systems and operational performance reporting.

Knowledge of CMS business processes, healthcare regulatory environments, or program integrity functions.

Experience utilizing AI-assisted analytics, anomaly detection, machine learning-enabled reporting, or intelligent automation tools.

Certification in data analytics, business intelligence, project management, or related disciplines.
