Part Time Scheduling:
Up to 30 hrs/week. Employees must have full-day A Block (7:30am-4pm) or B Block (8:30am-5pm) availability. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary based on center/client needs.
Compensation:
$20-$29 per hour (based on experience and RBT certification)

Summary The Part-Time ABA Technician position at the Verbal Beginnings Center involves providing ABA therapy to clients at the Verbal Beginnings Center, while living out our

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
Implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA to address each child's unique goals. Collect and record precise data to track each child's progress and inform ongoing treatment updates. Collaborate closely with your clinical supervisor to ensure consistent, high-quality care for every child. Build positive, trusting relationships with children, their families, and your fellow team members.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
Required High School Diploma Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism reach their goals Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a care team Preferred Associate's Degree in healthcare or core science 1-6 months of related experience working with children with Autism Previous experience in ABA Therapy 40-hr RBT course completed prior to start date Certification Note Applicants who are not yet RBT-certified must complete the RBT coursework and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
