• Business Operations Analyst (APAC Focus)
• Overview
• We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support data analysis, research, and operational processes across the APAC region. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, an interest in global affairs, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Respond to internal and client inquiries related to data and content via email
• Conduct research using public sources to identify relevant regulatory, compliance, and industry updates
• Analyze and review data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and trends
• Support ongoing data maintenance and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure timely delivery of work
• Assist in coordinating projects, tracking progress, and resolving operational issues
• Required Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable working with structured processes and guidelines
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new information
• Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to compliance or regulatory research (AML, KYC, sanctions, etc.)
• Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Knowledge of APAC markets, political systems, or regulatory environments
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) or Japanese is a plus
• Additional Information
• Target salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience, skills, and location)

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
