The Business Planning Specialist is responsible for developing and analyzing strategic plans to grow Canon's product and service portfolio, enhancing revenue and market share. This role combines market research, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities and execute initiatives effectively. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs. Your Impact- Monitors competitive activity and recommend promotions to enhance service usage and sales
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for implementing these strategies and aligning with overall business objectives
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Create comprehensive strategic business plans outlining short-term and long-term goals and key initiatives
- Collaborates with sales, service, planning, and marketing teams to gather data, align strategies, and ensure plan execution
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess plan effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Prepare presentations to communicate strategic plans and key insights to management and stakeholders
- Stays updated on industry trend developments and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
- Data analysis for relevant channel for Management/Stakeholder to understand sales state of B2B business category and strategize an appropriate action to improve business activities
About You:
