Description Construction Payroll Administrator, Melville, Long Island, NY Anna Parson at Robert Half is partnering with a rapidly growing construction organization seeking a Construction Payroll Administrator to join its collaborative and team-oriented environment. This Construction Payroll Administrator is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction setting and enjoys working closely with field operations, project teams, and management. As the Construction Payroll Administrator, you will:
+ Process full-cycle weekly payroll for 750+ union and non-union employees
+ Review, audit, and validate employee time records and job cost coding
+ Prepare and submit certified payroll reports for prevailing wage projects
+ Handle union reporting, deductions, remittances, and compliance requirements
+ Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
+ Partner with field managers and project teams to resolve payroll-related issues
+ Support audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting as needed What's Offered

+ Experience processing payroll for large employee populations
+ Strong knowledge of union payroll, certified payroll, and prevailing wage reporting
+ Familiarity with multi-state payroll and union benefit reporting preferred
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
