Role Description:

We are seeking a Business Process Engineer to redesign cross-functional workflows, with an immediate focus on Quote-to-Cash across multiple operating organizations. This consultant will challenge legacy ways of working, reduce complexity and manual effort, and define future-state processes before technology is selected or configured. Lead process discovery across multiple functions including one priority being Quote-to-Cash. Create current-state and future-state process and value-stream maps. Identify bottlenecks, duplicate work, manual steps, rework, unclear ownership, and standardization opportunities. Challenge established practices and introduce an objective external perspective on how work could be performed differently using Agentic AI. Design simplified workflows that are ready for automation, AI, and agent-enabled ways of working where appropriate. Develop a prioritized improvement roadmap and practical process documentation for ongoing use.

Requirements:

Strong experience in business process engineering and process redesign. Expertise in process discovery, value-stream mapping, root-cause analysis, and future-state design. Ability to work across functions, constructively challenge assumptions, and turn ambiguity into actionable process designs. Experience designing processes for automation or emerging AI capabilities. Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, documentation, and communication skills.
