Act as campus liaison and test, troubleshoot and identify system functionality and issues for PeopleSoft and ServiceNow applications. Essential Functions Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating training programs. Act as campus liaison and test, troubleshoot and identify system functionality and issues for PeopleSoft and ServiceNow applications. Develop, evaluate and conduct training classes for faculty and staff. Consult with department heads and other personnel to determine training needs. Troubleshoot and identify system issues involving multiple systems including PeopleSoft FMS and HCM, EPM and ServiceNow. Plan training courses, update and maintain training material. Partner with Subject Matter Experts to understand and document business process needs and requirements. Manage the registration system to schedule classes, reflect registrants, attendees and course completion. Generate learning and development reports as needed. Follow up with training course attendees by providing and reviewing Class Evaluations. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with major course work in business administration, education, personnel management, or other related fields. Three (3) years of experience in training and development or seven (7) years of any combination of equivalent education, experience and training. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with PeopleSoft systems. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Training materials creation. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of current technologies Strong oral and written communication skills. Work Schedule Monday through Friday; 8:00am through 5:00pm Hybrid schedule (remote & in-office) may be offered after probational period Working Conditions May work around standard office conditions.
