Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Systems Analyst-related occupation. Position requires 3 years of experience in the following: Designing and implementing domain-specific systems (Construction, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR); Developing strategy and roadmaps for enterprise (project controls or supply chain) systems; Building integrated systems throughout the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile or Waterfall methodologies; Business process analysis for requirements engineering or technical solution design; and Data analysis of domain-critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to generate solutions and action plans. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $184,000 - $190,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy. Responsibilities Take ownership of the project lifecycle from conception to launch, managing progress, mitigating risks, and updating all stakeholders. Partner with key business stakeholders and users to analyze complex problems and translate needs into high-level technical specifications. Design sustainable, scalable solutions and system enhancements that automate operations and deliver strategic impact to the business. Collaborate with engineering teams to define, build, deploy, and support reliable systems, software products, and internal programs. Drive improvements to the discipline of business analysis and cross-team execution by identifying priorities and defining a strategic roadmap. Synthesize and document business strategy, defining feature designs that improve the reliability and efficiency of applications and systems.
