Description Duties:
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements for enterprise systems by applying engineering principles, data modelling, and process optimization techniques to design scalable system solutions.
- Lead end-to-end system lifecycle activities for regulated and non-regulated platforms, including system onboarding, upgrades, validation, documentation, and decommissioning in accordance with SDLC and quality frameworks.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and data flow models to support system integrations, data migrations, and ETL processes in collaboration with software engineering and data architecture teams.
- Plan and manage technology projects using structured project management and Agile methodologies, including schedule development, risk analysis, milestone tracking, and coordination across globally distributed technical teams.
- Ensure system designs and implementations comply with regulatory and quality requirements, including FDA guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11, through validation planning, controls definition, and audit-ready documentation.
- Support system testing and deployment activities by defining UAT strategies, analyzing test results, resolving defects, and serving as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
