As a Business Systems Analyst IV, you will be part of the WB Corporate supporting various business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. •

• What's the Job?
• + Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with strategic goals.

+ Gather and translate requirements from business units to technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding. + Prepare comprehensive cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation decisions. + Support complex business processes by analyzing, designing, and modifying systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. + Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT organization to deliver technical solutions that meet user needs.

• What's Needed?
• + 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, elicitation, and documentation.

+ 10+ years of experience owning and managing User Stories, with a background in business analysis. + Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams. + Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred. + Experience with licensing management platforms is a plus.
