The CollaboRise Director is responsible for setting and leading the strategic direction for Contexture's CollaboRise convening, collaboration, and facilitation efforts with participants, partners, community-based organizations, payers, providers, government entities, and other stakeholders. This role provides director-level leadership for the design, governance, execution, and continuous improvement of CollaboRise as a signature engagement strategy. The Director serves as a senior relationship and facilitation leader, building trust with executive and community stakeholders, aligning diverse interests around shared priorities, and translating partner insight into actionable strategies that strengthen participant experience, service value, retention, growth, and community impact. This position is based in Denver Colorado; or Grand Junction, Colorado and requires local residency in one of these base locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: CollaboRise Strategy, Governance & Leadership. Inform and Create the strategic direction, annual priorities, and engagement roadmap for CollaboRise in alignment with organizational goals and Growth and Engagement department objectives. Provide director-level leadership for CollaboRise governance, partner participation models, decision-making structures, facilitation standards, and measures of success. Advise executive leadership on CollaboRise partner insights, strategic opportunities, risks, market needs, and relationship trends that may affect organizational growth and impact. Lead the design and evolution of CollaboRise as a scalable, high-value convening and collaboration platform for participants, partners, community and, internal Contexture stakeholders. Lead high-value convenings, executive roundtables, listening sessions, workshops, advisory discussions, and strategic engagement events. Serve as a senior facilitator for complex, cross-sector conversations involving payers, providers, community-based organizations, government entities, and other strategic partners. Create inclusive, outcomes-oriented meeting structures that elevate partner voice, surface shared priorities, support decision-making, and move groups toward aligned action. Cultivate and steward senior-level relationships with CollaboRise partners, prospective participants, and strategic stakeholders to advance engagement, retention, growth, and long-term collaboration. Develop facilitation approaches, engagement frameworks, discussion guides, decision processes, and follow-up structures that support effective collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups. Guide groups through complex issues, competing priorities, and opportunities for shared action while maintaining neutrality, clarity, trust, and momentum. Influence partners and internal teams toward practical solutions, service enhancements, and shared commitments based on partner feedback, community priorities, and organizational strategy. Build, maintain, and expand trust-based relationships with participants, partners, executive stakeholders, and community leaders. Proactively identify partnership opportunities, emerging needs, and strategic engagement pathways that support CollaboRise growth and organizational value. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, partner meetings, and strategic forums as assigned. Synthesize partner feedback into strategic themes, actionable recommendations, service enhancement opportunities, and leadership-level insights. Monitor and analyze industry trends, market opportunities, participant needs, and the competitive landscape to inform CollaboRise strategy and organizational planning. Partner with data, technical, program, and operations teams to ensure participant and partner insights inform service delivery, platform development, and engagement priorities. Establish and monitor CollaboRise goals, participation metrics, engagement outcomes, partner follow-through, and measures of relationship health and value. Prepare executive-level presentations, summaries, reports, recommendations, and formal correspondence regarding CollaboRise activities, insights, risks, and opportunities. Ensure CollaboRise workplans, communications, event execution, documentation, and follow-up activities are completed in a timely, professional, and strategically aligned manner. Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills Executive-level facilitation and strategic planning skills; experience leading high-stakes conversations, advisory groups, partner convenings, and multi-stakeholder collaborations. Proven ability to build, steward, and grow trust-based relationships with senior leaders, participants, partners, community stakeholders, and external organizations. Strong strategic thinking, influence, diplomacy, executive presence, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills. Ability to synthesize complex and diverse stakeholder perspectives into strategic themes, recommendations, decisions, and action plans. Demonstrated leadership in collaboration design, coalition-building, participant advocacy, value alignment, and cross-sector engagement. Ability to operate with autonomy, exercise sound judgment, and guide ambiguous or complex initiatives toward measurable outcomes. Comfort working across healthcare, community, government, payer, provider, and social-service stakeholder groups. Familiarity with
HIE, SDOH
initiatives, value-based care models, or data exchange platforms is a plus. Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree required in Public Health, Business, Public Administration, Community Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, strategic partnerships, participant success, healthcare, SDOH, or related convening work. 7+ years of progressive leadership experience directing collaborative initiatives, partner strategies, stakeholder groups, advisory councils, coalitions, or cross-sector convenings. Experience advising senior leaders, guiding strategic decision-making, developing engagement strategies, and translating stakeholder insight into organizational recommendations. Experience developing executive presentations, facilitation materials, reports, formal correspondence, and partner communications. Expertise with MS Office Suite. The position may require ability to periodically drive to and from clients, conferences and / or events; and / or limited travel. This position is expected to be exposed to, process, or handle sensitive information including but not limited to Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), financial information, etc. As such, the holder of this position is expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, organizational policies, and compliance expectations. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those necessary to perform the essential functions of the role: Frequent communication and information exchange. Regular movement within the office to access equipment and materials. Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (approximately 50% of the time). Continuous use of computers and office equipment (e.g., keyboard, monitor, printer). Frequent handling of materials up to 10 lbs; occasional handling up to 30 lbs.
