The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team at L'Oreal USA drives sustainable value growth for the Consumer Products Division (CPD) through Price, Promotion and Mix optimization. RGM partners with brands like L'Oreal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, Thayers, NYX Professional Makeup, and essie to understand market and consumer dynamics. Team members bring diverse expertise from sales, analytics, finance, and marketing, with a shared focus on implementing data-driven and business-informed decisions. Role Overview This role is responsible for the development and implementation of the Hair Care & Color premiumization strategy within CPD, enabled by building strong relationships with Brand, Sales, and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Identification of RGM initiatives to drive profitable growth Present insights and recommendations to senior executives. Provide pricing recommendations grounded in consumer research. Evaluate promotional performance and measure Return on Investment (ROI) Build plans to drive a more profitable mix for the category. Work with upstream functions to identify future whitespace opportunities Utilize multiple data sources to develop holistic business strategies Conduct financial modeling to ensure strategies benefit consumers, retailers, and L'Oreal USA. Analyze syndicated data to assess market trends and competitor pricing/promo strategy, turning insights into actionable recommendations. What We're Looking For A strong storyteller who can explain complex analytics in simple terms. Ability to network and build influence with senior management on strategic topics. A collaborator who builds relationships across teams to maximize impact. An analytically minded problem solver with a deep understanding of business strategy and execution. A strategic thinker who can determine the right solutions and resources for different business challenges. Background & Experience 8+ years in revenue management, strategic consulting, or commercial strategy roles within CPG or beauty. Hands-on experience with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI) Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Understanding of consumer pricing, retailer promotion strategy, and product financials. Experience presenting complex analyses and recommendations to senior leadership. Ability to manage and guide junior analysts in their work. Educational background in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Marketing, and Sales. Nice to
