Overview The Director, Strategic Activation connects growth strategy with commercial action, ensuring top growth initiatives lead to measurable business results. This role is part of the Growth & Strategy team and collaborates with senior brand and cross-functional leaders to advance commercial strategic priorities swiftly. This leader functions at a strategic level rather than in a typical project management role. They connect priorities to business results, engage partners, support decision-making and action, and ensure important initiatives progress from idea to completion. The ideal candidate combines strong business insight, critical thinking, organizational influence, operational understanding, and excellent follow-through. They thrive in ambiguity, can navigate complex cross-functional environments, and are passionate about turning strategy into results. 30% Strategy Translation- understanding and shaping priorities 50% Activation & Influence
