Intern - Business Analyst / Process Engineer TUV SUD America United States, Massachusetts, Wakefield Apr 07, 2026 At TUV SUD Group we are passionate about technology. We are TUV SUD Group. Your Tasks Support process discovery workshops and digitalization initiatives by documenting current-state ("As-Is") workflows and identifying improvement opportunities. Contribute to designing improved process flows that support enterprise digitalization goals. Translate business needs into structured documentation such as user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for IT and project teams. Assist in defining data requirements, workflow steps, and system interactions needed for implementation. Support rapid prototyping efforts, including mockups or proof-of-concepts, using modern development or prototyping tools. Communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure documentation accuracy. Prepare meeting summaries and maintain clear, updated process and requirements documentation. Your Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with the ability to structure information clearly. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Ability to document requirements effectively using clear, concise, and structured formats. Comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders across business and IT functions. Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro). Basic understanding of agile concepts (user stories, backlogs, acceptance criteria). Exposure to rapid prototyping or AI-assisted development tools. What We Offer An opportunity to contribute to real digital transformation initiatives in a global organization.
