Overview:
A healthcare transformation leader who can assess a complex operational capability, align diverse stakeholders around what matters most, and turn assessment findings into a practical roadmap for improvement, investment, and future execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead assessment activities across the client's Value-Driven Referrals capability. Conduct executive, operational, and stakeholder interviews to understand goals, challenges, dependencies, and future priorities. Facilitate workshops that create alignment around current-state realities, future opportunities, and organizational priorities. Guide evaluation of processes, performance measures, governance, operating practices, organizational readiness, technology enablement, and future-state opportunities. Help stakeholders distinguish between immediate improvements, emerging needs, and longer-term strategic opportunities. Synthesize findings from multiple stakeholder groups into clear assessment conclusions and recommendations. Lead prioritization exercises that balance business value, operational impact, readiness, complexity, and organizational capacity. Develop practical roadmaps that establish a sequence for future operational, product, technology, and process investments. Evaluate opportunities for automation, AI, workflow improvements, and product enablement as part of the broader capability assessment. Prepare executive presentations, recommendations, decision packages, and leadership readouts. Partner with business, operational, technology, and product stakeholders to establish a shared view of future priorities. Serve as the primary trusted advisor throughout the engagement. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: Experience leading healthcare transformation, operational improvement, strategy, or modernization initiatives. Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated experience leading large-scale assessments, discovery efforts, or strategic evaluations. Strong workshop facilitation and consensus-building capabilities. Ability to make sense of complex operating environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and incomplete information. Experience developing roadmaps, strategic recommendations, operating plans, or transformation programs. Strong communication and presentation skills with executive audiences. Experience producing findings, recommendations, decision frameworks, and executive-level outputs. Consulting, advisory, or client-facing leadership experience. Strong understanding of healthcare operations and organizational dynamics. Experience with referral management, care coordination, network management, provider engagement, patient navigation, or related healthcare capabilities preferred. Experience evaluating healthcare operating models, governance structures, performance measurement frameworks, or service operations preferred. Familiarity with healthcare technology ecosystems, workflow platforms, analytics, or CRM solutions such as Salesforce preferred. Experience helping organizations evaluate automation, AI, or digital enablement opportunities preferred. Product strategy, roadmap development, or business case development experience preferred. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US:
$160,000 - $175,000 (USD) + bonus programs + benefits.
