at Cognizant in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Project Manager / Business Analyst / Project Lead - ELN / LIMS Implementation (Life Sciences) About the Role As a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Project Lead - ELN / LIMS Implementation , you will make an impact by leading the end-to-end implementation of Electronic Laboratory Notebook ( ELN ) and Laboratory Information Management System ( LIMS ) solutions within regulated laboratory environments. You will be a valued member of the Life Sciences Consulting team and work collaboratively with laboratory operations, Quality, Validation, IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and business-aligned laboratory informatics solutions. In this role, you will serve as both a project lead and business analyst, driving requirements gathering, solution implementation, validation activities, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. ELN / LIMS

implementation projects from planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation support.

+ Partner with business stakeholders, laboratory teams, IT organizations, and vendors to gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.

+ Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and implementation roadmaps while ensuring complete traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Support system configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, and adoption activities to ensure successful solution deployment.

+ Oversee validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ, User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ), defect management, change control, and compliance documentation within regulated environments.
