- About the
Role:
- The Director of Talent Acquisition directs and manages the coordination of all recruitment and onboarding of new employees and oversees technology in support of the recruiting function in partnership with HRIS.
About You:
Education:
- + Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field required + Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- Experience
- + 10+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources, including experience developing recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle recruiting processes, partnering with senior leaders, and using data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes required + 5+ years leadership experience managing a talent acquisition team, leading enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives, overseeing recruitment technology or applicant tracking systems, managing vendor relationships, and supporting diversity recruiting, workforce planning, succession planning, or employer branding programs preferred •Skills•+ Talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning, including the ability to translate business objectives into hiring priorities, talent pipelines, and measurable recruiting outcomes + Executive stakeholder partnership, including the ability to influence, advise, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and external partners + Employer branding and diversity sourcing strategy, including development of candidate attraction, talent pipeline, community, college, and inclusive sourcing strategies + Recruiting technology and analytics, including effective use of applicant tracking systems, dashboards, metrics, and reporting to evaluate performance and improve hiring outcomes + Team leadership and coaching, including the ability to build, develop, coach, and lead a high-performing recruiting team that delivers consistent service, quality, and results + Process improvement and compliance, including the ability to design scalable recruiting processes, apply fair hiring practices, maintain candidate records, and support compliant selection and onboarding + Strategic communication and change leadership, including the ability to communicate recruiting priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive adoption of enterprise talent acquisition practices •Licenses/Certifications•+ SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable senior HR Certification Preferred •
