8:00am - 5:00pm This position contributes to the systems revenue integrity by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on gross revenue and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the Hospital CDM. The Revenue Analyst provides advanced analytical and technical support within the Chargemaster team and is responsible for the pricing and rate structure, including the annual rate increase, in accordance with regulatory and payor rates/requirements. Maintains the Hospital CDM and related ancillary systems content including annual / quarterly
CPT/HCPCS
codes according to government and third party payer regulations. Responsible for providing department and financial leaders education on CDM issues and works with moderately complex clinical systems, departments and practices, which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, well-developed analytic and organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and influence others. Assists in the design and implementation of charge capture/billing workflow improvements and acts as a 'core team' member in collaboration with IT for all assigned system updates. Responsible for and works to ensure the data integrity of all master files relating the CDM. Provides ad-hoc revenue and variance analysis reports as requested. BB-Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years' experience in lieu of education Hospital CDM experience strongly preferred. Hospital/healthcare analyst experience strongly preferred.
