45-50 Job Description Manages fund launches and product improvements, including data acquisition, for ETF and Mutual Fund products on global websites. Works with internal and external partners, including data providers, legal, compliance, and other marketing team members. Conducts high level business analysis involving complex business requirements and processes. Analyzes current processes and recommends process improvements. Understands site differences between countries, web page/fact sheet templates, data constraints, text nuances, and related requirements. Works with data providers to problem solve quickly and efficiently. Provides quality assurance testing support for key projects. Provides technical and business knowledge to clients. Keeps abreast of technological and competitive developments. Conducts research on industry practices and standards and other benchmarking data. Develops position statements on complex subject matter questions. Minimum Job Specs (green from manager call): Need to understand ETFs Use their proprietary CMS, also use AEM and Workfront Adobe Experience Manager Adobe Workfront Minimum of 5 yrs exp Really need ETF exp (mutual funds not equivalent) Bachelors Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent. 8 years of related financial services experience. Extensive knowledge of business functions. Experience with project management methodology. Excellent analytical skills. Very strong relationship management skills. Strong writing and presentation skills. Analytical problem solving mindset; probes resources for answers; performs analysis effectively; looks beyond the obvious to seek additional solutions; draws on experience to foresee issues before they arise.
