ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Boston, MA to hire a full-time Special Education Paraprofessional for the 2026/2027 school year. The district is actively reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews, so apply today!

ASAP - June 12, 2027 Additional assignment details will be discussed during the interview. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with special education needs. Assist students with academic, behavioral, and classroom needs throughout the school day. Implement behavioral and classroom support strategies as directed by teachers and special education staff. Support students with autism and other disabilities in accessing the classroom and participating in school activities. Assist teachers with classroom activities, student supervision, and daily routines. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Assist students with personal care needs, including toileting and diapering, as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous school-based experience as a paraprofessional, teacher aide, classroom aide, RBT, or similar role preferred. Experience supporting students with autism and/or special education needs strongly preferred. Experience providing one-on-one or small-group student support. Experience implementing behavioral and classroom support strategies. Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism. Must be comfortable assisting students with personal care needs, including toileting and diapering, as required. Must have reliable transportation.
