Shift :
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Work Arrangement :
Hybrid- Onsite minimum 2 days a week; after probationary/training period; Additional onsite requirements include business needs/meetings in person and the requirements of implementations, etc.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and implement Revenue Cycle/Finance projects.
- Conduct workflow and process mapping analysis to identify potential functions for the type of Revenue Cycle/Finance support being sought.
- Create best practices in each of the revenue cycle areas by leveraging systems and technology.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
- Five (5) years of revenue cycle experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Cerner Revenue Cycle, IDX Chargemaster, or PowerBI. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
- Leadership experience is highly preferred.
