Join the Publix Technology team as a Sr Business Systems Analyst and play a key role in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) modernization initiatives within the WMS Data and Customization team. In this fast‑paced role, you will gather and analyze business and system requirements, define user stories, design solution approaches, and refine the product backlog while helping drive alignment on solution scope and constraints. Your impact:

Facilitate requirements sessions and document business/system needs with stakeholders Champion product vision, prioritize backlog, and track deliverables for timely completion Communicate project and product status to leadership and stakeholders Manage relationships with software vendors as needed Collaborate with analysts to document processes, gather requirements, and identify improvements Partner with Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Audit to design secure, reliable solutions Develop detailed implementation plans for complex technology solutions Diagnose issues and define escalation paths for complex problems Oversee delivery processes: system access, data protection, and vendor engagement Define acceptance criteria, conduct UAT, and validate deliverables Advocate for business needs to ensure solutions meet user and process requirements Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions aligned with strategy Provide after-hours deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate vendor resolutions Obtain agreements on purpose, scope, and limitations on proposed technology solutions with vendors, business areas, and other technology teams under minimal guidance Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, prioritize and refine the product backlog, remove impediments, mitigate risks, and support successful sprint delivery #LI-JB1
