Interim Strategic Data Product Consultant Location:
Remote preferred, with consideration for candidates located near major U.S. business hubs - Dallas, NYC, Charlotte, Akron. About the Opportunity A leading organization is seeking a senior-level Strategic Data Product Consultant to partner directly with executive leadership on high-impact, enterprise data initiatives. This role is ideal for a consultant who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels, influencing stakeholders, shaping roadmaps, and helping drive transformational data programs from concept through delivery. What You'll Do Partner with C-suite and senior business leaders to define and execute strategic data initiatives. Develop data product roadmaps aligned to organizational goals and priorities. Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions across business and technology teams. Lead cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders, priorities, and outcomes. Provide hands-on guidance to delivery teams and support execution as needed. Identify opportunities to improve data-driven decision-making, innovation, and operational effectiveness. Ideal Background Extensive experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or data product initiatives. Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Proven success influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes. Background in insurance or financial services preferred. Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on program execution. Consultant mindset with the ability to quickly assess challenges and deliver solutions.
