This is a part-time, temporary contract position contingent upon S4S Financial Café LLC receiving the project award. No work, payment, or minimum number of hours is guaranteed unless the contract is awarded and the selected individual receives written authorization to begin.

Responsibilities:

Assist with stakeholder interviews and community listening sessions. Facilitate or support in-person meetings in Pittsburgh. Collect and organize stakeholder feedback. Review organizational programs, operations, and capacity. Assist with surveys, research, and qualitative-data analysis. Help develop strategic goals, recommendations, and implementation steps. Prepare meeting notes, summaries, presentations, and project documentation. Attend scheduled leadership, retreat, or board meetings when required. Coordinate remotely with the S4S project lead.

Preferred qualifications:

At least 10 years of leadership, project-management, nonprofit, education, human-services, or community-program experience. Previous experience as an executive director, program director, project director, senior administrator, or strategic-planning professional. Experience conducting interviews, facilitating groups, or supporting organizational planning. Strong writing, communication, research, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Located in or within reasonable traveling distance of Pittsburgh. Retired, semi-retired, and experienced professionals seeking project-based work are encouraged to apply.

Anticipated schedule:

Part-time and project-based, with a combination of remote work and occasional in-person work in Pittsburgh. The anticipated engagement would begin only after the client awards the contract and authorizes services.

Anticipated compensation:

Approximately $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience, assigned responsibilities, and the final approved project budget. No compensation is available before the project is awarded and work is authorized.
