What You'll Do Engage with client stakeholders to understand business processes, workflows, and operational challenges within the NDS ERP system Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, ensuring readiness for development and integration Analyze and document data flows, database interactions, and system dependencies to support scalable and reliable solutions Work closely with developers on requirements clarification, business logic, and data validation Identify and help design opportunities for automation and process optimization Long term vision for this role is hybrid between Business Analyst, System Architect and Developer, with the ability to learn these capabilities and grow internally. Interest in owning all three areas after a couple of years with the organization is a requirement of this role. This role will be dedicated to a specific client's environment. After a period of a few years, the client has requested the capability to hire this individual directly. It is possible after transitioning to working directly for the client this role could switch from a hybrid position to onsite at their location.
