Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Engineer

JOB NUMBER

CTZJP00003565 Join a team helping shape the future of HR technology. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing solutions that make it easier for employees, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to do their best work. This role supports a broad Oracle HCM Cloud environment across Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Review, Reporting, Journeys, and related integrations, with a strong focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Redwood experience, structured job data, skills-based hiring, and AI-enabled recruiting capabilities. You will also support Citizens' Hiring Automation initiative, a strategic effort to streamline and standardize talent acquisition through automation, intelligent workflows, and better system-driven experiences for hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and turn them into practical, scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Performance Management, Talent Development, Reporting, Journeys, groups, and approvals.

Help modernize the recruiting experience by supporting enhancement requests, solving system challenges, and recommending improvements that make processes easier for recruiters and hiring managers.

Develop and maintain reporting solutions, including BI Publisher administration, ad hoc reporting, SQL/BI support, scheduled processes, data exchange monitoring, and reporting accuracy.

Work closely with integration teams and vendors to support inbound and outbound files, troubleshoot issues, improve data quality, and document workflows and system processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

5-7 years of experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Talent Development, and Performance Management.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud configurations including requisition templates, job profiles, recruiting content libraries, candidate communications, hiring workflows, offer letters, approvals, and recruiting automation capabilities.

Ability to gather, document, and translate Talent Acquisition and HR business requirements into effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including recruiting automation and workflow optimization.

Understanding of skills-based hiring, qualifications management, workforce planning, and standardized job architecture concepts.

Experience configuring or maintaining structured recruiting data such as qualifications, skills, education, licenses, certifications, work schedules, and job requirements.

Interest in and understanding of AI-enabled HR technologies, intelligent requisition creation, future-state talent acquisition processes, and modernization initiatives.

Experience with Oracle HCM Redwood implementations, Visual Builder Studio, Oracle HCM Cloud security roles, HDL data loads/conversions, and workforce structure, worker, and relationship data.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, Agile delivery, change management, and solution design skills.

A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, adapt to change, and handle highly confidential information with discretion.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise, process improvement, and innovation to create meaningful experiences across the employee and candidate lifecycle. You will work on high-impact HR technology initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and help deliver solutions that support more efficient, consistent, and user-friendly hiring and HR processes.
