Work schedule Full-time Travel Required 25% or less - Varies Appointment type Permanent - Regular Occupions and job series 2005 Supply Clerical And Technician Supervisory stus No Federal service type This job is in the Competitive Service Drug test No Security clearance Not Required Announcement number 78849 Control number 884972700 This job is open to Help The public U.S. Citizens, Nionals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. Clarificion from the agency Open to Public Duties Help Manages a comprehensive retail inventory management program within MCCS SC Business Operions Division to maximize sales and profitability of the business units within the Division. Reports to the Business Operions Director. Executes and communices Corpore and local programs to manage on-hand integrity, inclusive of cycle counts, Retail Inventory Management Applicion (RIMA). May provide oversight for store replenishment team. Provides recommendions to store management on areas of opportunity and implemention of internal controls and loss prevention initiives in the area of inventory management. Assists hands-on with backroom operions, which may include loading and unloading of trucks or pallets to ensure meeting of enterprise standards. Coordines inventory review schedules with management to ensure inventory accuracy, creing exception reports for areas requiring corrective action. Functions as Cognos subject mter expert to identify replenishment issues, gaps, and opportunities to improve business. Provides oversight for execution and maintenance of planograms (POGs). Identifies potential loss due to issues with product rotion and vendor credits. Ensures th corrective actions are implemented on any inventory discrepancies noted. Maintains direct liaison with all managers and assists on inventory reled problems. Monitors inventory dabases in inventory management programs and provide pertinent reports to managers. Analyzes problem areas in inventory management and provides necessary recommendions. Ensures th internal controls are implemented in the tracking and disposal of retail assets. Mentors, trains, and leads by example. Maintains the highest service levels communicing with all stakeholders, including customers, associes, and all levels of management. Analyzes da using various software for key performance indicors, develops a thorough understanding of P&L stements, and prepares and presents associed reports. Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communices positively in a friendly manner. Delivers a Dress Blue experience to all customers every day. Strongly promotes the cultivion of MCX corpore culture. mission, core values and promotes Marine Corps Community Services the store level. Supports team­ centric initiives to enhance team member sisfaction. Actively supports established standards of the EEO program and prevention of harassment.
