Job Description:
Business Analyst•Software Development Charleston, SC, USA | Full-Time (40) Responsibilities Lead the gathering of customer requirements and document business needs. Identify key success criteria for delivery of software products, processes, and systems. Interface with the product owners to present requirements documents. Document business requirements in issue tracking software. Lead routine development team meetings and document changes as needed. Perform software testing; lead sprint planning and sprint showcase efforts. Participate in the software development lifecycle process, including with end users, product owners, and cross-disciplinary teams. Lead and actively participate in the development and implementation of new processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity. May oversee or mentor junior analysts and team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience Demonstrated experience using Agile processes and methodologies Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and methodologies Experience using JIRA software for project management and software development Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBPA) certification preferred Prior experience with on-site government agency support preferred Ability to pass a National Agency Check (NACI) and maintain it throughout the duration of employment.
