Job Description

About the role: As the NA/EMEA Data & AI Strategist, you will own portfolio management and sales enablement for the Data & AI practice across two of Atos' most strategic regions. This is a global-facing, practice-shaping role: rather than carrying an individual sales quota against a single territory, you will define how the Data & AI portfolio is positioned, packaged, and sold — equipping hundreds of sellers, solution architects, and client partners across North America and EMEA with the tools, narratives, and enablement assets needed to win. You will sit at the intersection of offering strategy, competitive intelligence, and field enablement — translating practice investment decisions (in agentic AI, Private AI infrastructure, data platforms, and responsible AI governance) into sales-ready plays, pricing guardrails, and win-themes that resonate from the boardroom to the bid room. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Data Platforms and works in close partnership with NA and EMEA practice leaders, alliance teams, and the Specialty Sales organization.
Job Description:
Strategy & Enablement Background 10+ years of experience in technology portfolio strategy, sales enablement, product marketing, or solution strategy roles within enterprise technology, consulting, or systems integration. Demonstrated experience building and scaling sales enablement programs for a global or multi-region seller population. Track record of translating complex technical offerings into clear, sales-ready narratives, playbooks, and business cases. Experience operating across both North America and EMEA, with an understanding of regional buying dynamics, regulatory considerations, and go-to-market nuances. Strong command of portfolio management frameworks, offering lifecycle processes, and pricing/packaging strategy for professional and managed services. Working knowledge of modern data platform architectures: data lakehouses, cloud-native data warehouses, data mesh, and real-time streaming. Familiarity with leading data and AI platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Redshift), Microsoft Azure (Fabric, OpenAI Service), Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI), and
NVIDIA AI
Enterprise. Understanding of the AI landscape: foundation models, generative AI, agentic AI workflows, MLOps, and LLMOps concepts sufficient to shape enablement content and competitive positioning. Awareness of data governance, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST
AI RMF, SOC 2
). Ability to articulate the value of Private AI and sovereign data infrastructure to regulated-industry clients across both regions.
Preferred Qualification:
Prior experience in an advisory capacity at a large consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG, EY, PwC, KPMG), with exposure to technology-agnostic advisory engagements — capability assessments, operating model design, large-scale transformation programs, and organizational change management (OCM) — distinct from platform- or vendor-specific implementation work. Prior experience at a top-tier global systems integrator or consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, Capgemini, Infosys) in a portfolio strategy, enablement, or solution marketing capacity. Working familiarity with Atos's broader business line portfolio — including Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Digital Workplace — and the ability to connect Data & AI into larger enterprise transformation conversations. Experience supporting sales motions within one or more Atos target verticals: Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Public Sector, Manufacturing. Familiarity with agentic AI platforms and the emerging market for AI agent orchestration, automation, and governance. Experience partnering with hyperscaler alliance teams (AWS, Azure, GCP) or ISV partners (Databricks, Snowflake) on joint enablement or co-sell programs. Prior exposure to digital sovereignty, data residency, or air-gapped Choose your future. Choose Atos.
