The Business Enablement Application and Delivery (BEAD) team at Premise Health implements and supports a variety of non-clinical applications for the company and its subsidiaries. Our team partners with various departments including Legal, Procurement, IT, and Credentialing to source, configure and support the applications that they need to fulfill their role. The team also creates and supports the processes that integrate data between many of these applications. This is a Full Time, hybrid, Business Applications Analyst role located in Brentwood, TN. What You'll Do Support end-users by answering questions about the application and troubleshooting and resolving system issues Serve as system administrator for assigned applications including system configuration and managing routine updates Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements Conduct workshops and interviews to understand pain points and business needs. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization Assist with implementation of new systems, functionality, workflows and/or processes Supervise Change Management process for assigned applications Support system integrations when appropriate Create process and training documentation Partner with various departments and IT to coordinate system upgrades or scheduled activities Perform occasional data entry, audits and mass updates Other tasks, as needed by the company What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Application Analyst 2+ years System Administration experience. Prior experience documenting policies, procedures and standards. Previous exposure and/or participation with large scale projects (preferred). Working knowledge of credentialing software applications, and/or contract management applications (such as Agiloft) Previous exposure and/or participation with application implementation projects Microsoft Excel (intermediate) Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks/requests Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
