Business Process Analyst

Description

• Develop deep knowledge of assigned business processes and related systems.
• Analyze existing workflows, data, and controls to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document current state and future state processes, including SOPs and workflows.
• Recommend and support process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Measure process performance and track improvement outcomes.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT, and external stakeholders to support process initiatives.
• Facilitate working sessions to gather requirements and validate process changes.
• Communicate process changes, impacts, and results to leadership and end users.
• Support change management efforts, including training and user adoption. • Support ERP and system initiatives impacting business processes.
• Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of system changes.
• Use data and reporting to support decision making and process evaluation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
• Ensure processes align with internal policies, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
• Support documentation required for audits and internal reviews.
• Promote consistency, accuracy, and accountability across assigned processes.

Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collierville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.40 - $27.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
