Job Description
As an entry level systems analyst, you will be part of the core delivery teams responsible for identifying and defining detailed solutions working collaboratively with business stakeholders. You will work closely with product and project managers to ensure that requirements are clearly captured and serve as the liaison between the product and development teams. The role will require strong analytic and communication skills (both oral and written) to ensure precise requirements definition and execution. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring the developed solution meets functional requirements and continues to operate in the desired manner post launch. Along the Analyst career path, you will progress towards increasing responsibilities including project coordination and management, quality assurance, process improvements, budgeting and estimation to ensure that optimal solutions are being delivered. Working in a highly collaborative and agile environment, you will have direct interactions with key technology and business stakeholders with the opportunity to continually improve our overall processes. Analysts will work closely with business and development teams on challenging responsibilities including:
- Project Management
- Solution Definition & Design
- Project Estimations
- Requirements Elicitation, leveraging Agile principles
- Testing
- Solution Delivery
