Implement and maintain software delivery performance metrics using tools such as LinearB, Sleuth, or custom dashboards. Business Analyst, Developer Experience:

5+ years experience in a similar role or environment. Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) like Backstage. Experience with engineering analytics platforms (LinearB, Jellyfish, Haystack). Familiarity with developer tooling ecosystems (IDEs, Git workflows, CI/CD).
