BI Business Analyst (Temporary)

Mt Juliet - Mt. Juliet, TN 37122

Description:

Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Change Manager, or similar business-facing role. Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating the rollout of Power BI within an organization. Strong understanding of Sales and Finance business processes, reporting requirements, and key performance metrics. Experience facilitating communication between business users and IT or development teams. Ability to understand Power BI functionality and technical concepts sufficiently to collaborate effectively with developers, without requiring dashboard development experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience replacing or migrating legacy reporting platforms such as Cognos with Power BI. Experience supporting enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
