Line Cook We're looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team! If you enjoy working with food, like being part of a team, and can keep up in a busy kitchen, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn . What You'll Be Doing Preparing and cooking menu items Food prep, portioning, and plating Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked Following recipes and maintaining consistent food quality Using kitchen equipment safely Following food safety and sanitation guidelines Working with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly Helping with daily kitchen tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus Good knife and basic food prep skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork Reliable and responsible Willing to learn and take direction Experience with or knowledge of Asian food and ingredients is a big plus Familiarity with Asian cooking techniques is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a good attitude who takes pride in their work . You don't have to know everything—we value people who are willing to learn and grow with the team.
