1. Review and analyze hotel performance data — including occupancy rates, room pricing, and operating expenses — to identify trends and recommend improvements to management. 2. Prepare regular performance reports summarizing revenue, costs, and operational results, and present findings to hotel ownership and senior management for decision-making. 3. Analyze booking trends and seasonal demand patterns to develop and recommend dynamic pricing strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and revenue during low-demand periods. 4. Review operating procedures across front office, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. 5. Assist with budget preparation and cost monitoring by analyzing historical financial data, tracking expense patterns, and reviewing vendor pricing and service agreements to support procurement decisions. 6. Analyze guest feedback, satisfaction surveys, and service reports to identify service gaps and recommend corrective measures to improve guest experience and repeat business. 7. Review safety, health compliance, and operational records; monitor local market and competitor data; and provide management with data-driven analysis to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
