We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Required Qualifications + 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, transformation initiatives, process improvement, management consulting, or a related field. + Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. + Experience working collaboratively with business, technology, engineering, and architecture teams to support solution design and implementation. + Demonstrated experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders. + Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. + Experience analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions based on data and business needs. + Experience documenting requirements, workflows, business processes, user stories, use cases, or related artifacts. + Experience with workforce management platforms. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Must be onsite at client in Dallas, TX area Preferred Qualifications + Experience supporting contact center operations, workforce planning, customer service environments, or transformation initiatives. + Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions with leaders and subject matter experts. + Experience with process mapping, business process improvement, and change management initiatives. + Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams.

provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is [70 -80 $ W2 range]. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
