Business Analyst:

Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems. Involved in business process definition, requirements definition, technology solution research, and design specifications for customer data across all other enterprise systems. Create and present functional and technical design for including data analysis to business team, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach. Support consulting projects activities by assisting with requirement gathering, problem identification, troubleshooting, and testing for Centralized IVR API application. Utilize Box, Kanban, Asana, Rally, Version One Jira, Visio, sketch, Miro board, Figma, adobe tools, SCRUM, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe technics, Inriver Product information enrichment management tools, Salesforce commerce cloud (SFCC) configurations, data mapping, error codes, Business rules and Content Management tools, POSTMAN/SOAP UI tool, Ms excel pivot tables, Splunk, dynatrace, kabana, telemetry, Tableau, Power BI, Collibra, Iron bank, one world sync and SQL. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related.
