Full Job Description Job Summary/Company :
Sparks Group in partnership with a leading aviation manufacturer is seeking a Business Analyst. As the Business Analyst, you will be working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment and responsible for analyzing operational data and driving strategic decision-making by helping to shape a specific portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of applicable business analysis and reporting, along with experience building various reporting tools, with strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau. Responsibilities :
Consolidate, clean, and manage raw data across multiple platforms into a central repository (e.g., Skywise, AppSheet) to ensure consistent quality and accuracy. Analyze operational data to identify cost drivers, boost stock accuracy, reduce logistics expenses, and mitigate performance penalty risks. Establish, monitor, and deliver key performance metrics regarding stock availability, efficiency, and overall cost drivers to executive management. Track and coordinate forecasted removals, repairs, and material needs for TBO (Time Between Overhaul) and SLL (Service Life Limit) assets with repair facilities and suppliers. Drive global alignment by communicating quarterly forecast requirements across internal procurement, global supply chain, and external key vendors.
Qualifications/Background Profile :
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, statistics, aeronautics or related field or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of data analysis and reporting Intermediate level user Microsoft Office with focus in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau Additional experience building data analysis, reporting and performance metric tools is a plus - This job is In-Person.
