Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency and cost management. This role is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing operational budgets and cost structures, supporting financial planning, and leading process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent cross-functional communication abilities, and be fluent in both Chinese and English. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and cost management. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify performance gaps, and implement improvement initiatives. Serve as a key liaison among cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage cost structures and operational budgets while supporting financial planning and cost optimization initiatives. Lead process improvement, standardization, and digital transformation projects in collaboration with local teams to improve systems and operational efficiency. Support and execute additional operations-related improvement projects as assigned. Job Duties Spending analysis and control

Experience More than 3 years of relevant professional experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong financial and operational analysis capabilities. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional departments. Interest in digital transformation and automation initiatives. Language Requirement Fluent in Chinese and English (written and verbal).
Pay:
$65,000.00
