About Our Practice We are a private, specialty-driven dental practice led by a prosthodontist and a periodontist, built on a foundation of quality patient care, personal integrity, accountability, teamwork and continuous growth. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Prosthodontist or Restorative Dentist to join our growing practice. This role is focused specifically on restorative dentistry which includes exams, consults, and the full range of restorative treatment, working alongside our prosthodontist and periodontist in a collaborative, high-volume implant and full-arch environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, established dentist who wants to focus on restorative work at a high level, without the administrative burden of running their own practice, and who's excited to grow within a practice that's actively scaling. Key Responsibilities(required) Perform new patient exams and consults Deliver restorative treatment including : Fillings Crowns Implant crowns Dentures and overdentures All-on-X restorations Collaborate with our surgical team (prosthodontist and periodontist) on full-arch and implant cases, including case planning and restorative follow-through Maintain high standards of documentation, treatment planning, and patient communication What We're Looking For We are looking for a dentist who: Demonstrates personal integrity and takes pride in honest, ethical dentistry Is accountable, open to feedback, and committed to learning from challenges Has a growth mindset and values continual improvement Is a true team player — respectful, communicative, and supportive of colleagues Is compassionate, personable, and provides excellent patient care Experience & Qualifications Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist (required) or Prosthodontic speciality training. Demonstrated comfort and competence with crown and bridge, removable prosthodontics, and implant restorations AOX / full-arch restorative experience License/Certification CPR Certification (Required) DEA Certification (Required) ACLS Certification (Preferred) Oral Conscious Sedation certification (Preferred) IV sedation certification (Preferred) Mentorship & Growth Direct collaboration with a prosthodontist and periodontist on complex, interdisciplinary cases Exposure to a high volume of implant and full-arch restorative cases Ability to grow professionally in a supportive, non-corporate environment Potential to add additional clinical days as the practice scales
Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
Part-time to start. 1 day per week (Monday or Wednesday)
