Job Description
Job Description The Data Analyst, Revenue Analytics will serve as a key contributor supporting revenue cycle analytics, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting initiatives. This role requires advanced SQL expertise and the ability to independently write, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain complex queries across large healthcare revenue cycle datasets. The analyst will work directly with claims, payments, denials, reimbursement, and operational data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. A significant portion of the role will be spent querying databases, validating data integrity, investigating anomalies, troubleshooting ETL failures, and supporting data movement processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and can effectively translate complex technical findings into business-friendly recommendations for finance, operations, and executive leadership.
