[ Essential Duties ] ・Lead business planning and performance management activities, including annual business plans, rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards, and management reviews. ・Analyze sales, inventory, backlog, pipeline, and other key business indicators to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management. ・Develop demand forecasts, sales outlooks, and scenario analyses using SAP, CRM, and other business systems. ・Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and other business divisions to align strategies and execution plans. ・Serve as a key Planning representative for the

implementation, coordinating business requirements, testing, user training, and process alignment. ・Drive business process standardization and continuous improvement using SAP and other digital tools. ・Develop and maintain documentation for planning processes, reporting structures, and business workflows. ・Lead planning-related communications, meetings, and reporting activities with Japan headquarters. ・Support executive discussions through data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations. ・Act as a liaison between North America and Japan to ensure alignment on business priorities, performance targets, and strategic initiatives. [ Working Hours / Working style ] ・Full-time, Monday-Friday ・Individual contributor position; reports to the Planning Director and Manager ・Requires flexibility to participate in meetings with the Japan team approximately twice a week to accommodate time zone differences. Pay:

$93,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
