PDS is looking for two business analysts: 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience. 3+ years working within a banking, financial services, credit union, lending, payments, or fintech environment. Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation. Strong experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops. Experience translating business needs into detailed functional requirements. Solid understanding of application development methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum teams. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
