Business Analyst | Midvale, UT We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce and nCino expertise to support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and cross-functional business objectives within a banking-focused environment. This role works closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and business partners to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience. Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows. Lead discovery sessions, process mapping exercises, and stakeholder interviews. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and process documentation. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce and nCino capabilities. Collaborate with administrators, developers, and system teams to support solution design and implementation. Configure and maintain Salesforce and nCino components, including fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows. Assist with system integrations involving banking platforms and third-party applications. Create and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing activities. Track, document, and validate system defects and enhancements. Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners. Provide project updates, identify risks, and support change management initiatives. Assist with training, system adoption efforts, and rollout communications. Support data quality, migration, mapping, validation, and reporting initiatives. Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards. Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or fintech environments. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud. Strong knowledge of nCino and related banking workflows. Experience creating process maps, requirements documentation, and user stories. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with reporting, data analysis, and system documentation tools. Understanding of compliance, risk management, and governance practices.

Preferred:

Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder. nCino certifications or implementation experience. Banking industry experience, including loan origination, underwriting, onboarding, or portfolio management. Experience with

SQL, SOQL, ETL

tools, or Salesforce Data Loader. Knowledge of APIs, middleware platforms, and system integrations. Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver business value through technology solutions.
