Key Responsibilities Drive innovation by overseeing the establishment and stewardship of enterprise data assets, including infrastructure, repositories, and web services. Serve as the primary strategic liaison with the Division of Technology Services (DTS), ensuring infrastructure aligns with our mission-critical business needs. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, best practices, and continuous process improvement. Design and maintain advanced analytic methods to evaluate enterprise data, ensuring insights drive informed agency decisions. Develop and manage data dictionaries, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across the organization. Anticipate and assess the impact of new software, recommending enhancements and technical solutions that optimize our systems. Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying problem areas and collaborating with support teams to ensure seamless operations. Provide high-level technical guidance to management and end-users, while overseeing system security, configurations, and user permissions. Coordinate standards compliance and evaluate vendor products to select projects that maximize software functionality and cost-effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, or math) field along with four (4) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling eight (8) years. Proficiency in systems evaluation and analysis, including identifying performance measures and assessing environmental impacts on outcomes. Strong deductive and inductive reasoning skills to apply and update rules for evolving technology stacks and derive conclusions from complex data. Proven experience managing large, disorganized, or incomplete datasets by identifying gaps and resolving inconsistencies. Preferences Experience with Bentley Systems. Experience with GCP
