Description:
Seeking an experienced strategic organizational planner to advise and assist a client in the US Intelligence Community. On this multi-year project, the analyst will have the opportunity to demonstrate intellectual agility by providing comprehensive support to the customer's business processes that will support the client in optimizing delivery of specialized projects in support of their mission. This project features the opportunity to interact with a wide range of key stakeholders, including those at senior levels. This is an exciting opportunity for an intellectually cu rious, energetic management consultant to work on a project with real impact helping our client develop ways of better meeting the needs of the mission. Duties/Responsibilities Establish strategic management practices and integrate longer-term thinking into business rhythm and decision-making processes. Keep leadership aware of external forces that will affect the customer in the medium to long-term such as changes to commercial best practices and new technologies in order to enable ELITE leadership to explore the interplay of external forces and internal operations to build resilient strategies and action plans. Synthesize a variety of financial and operational data (open source or classified) and facilitate working sessions/groups to develop new insights and recommendations. Conduct robust quantitative and qualitative trends analysis. Facilitate working sessions/groups to develop new insights and recommendations. Understand and shape the organization's strategy and mission. Develop plans to materialize strategy such as priority area implementation plans and annual business proposals. Assess the organization's strategic performance and the relation to operational organizational metrics. Assist senior leadership team in framing and executing effective decisions. Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, reorganizations). Monitor and analyze trends to refine the organizational strategy as appropriate. Facilitate the Sponsor's policy development and decision-making processes to ensure implementation of the Sponsor's strategy Work with division integrators to present information destined for executive decision forums
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship Requires an active TS/SCI security clearance w/ Poly Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or communications Minimum of 10 years of professional in project management, organizational planning, or communications Strong ability to organize, write, and edit technical and non-technical materials to appeal to specific and varied audiences Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think strategically Experience using a shared drive, such as SharePoint and Confluence. Experience interacting with customers at all levels and in different offices throughout the organization. Excellent organizational skills and superb attention to detail. Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, excellent judgment, personal integrity, and absolute discretion. Ability to work independently and effectively with personnel at all levels in a team environment. Ability to develop plans and solutions to resolve problems and issues. Ability to effectively plan workload, meet established deliverables, and manage competing priorities. Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment and change focus quickly, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
