As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and projects. You will work closely with various departments to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in business analysis and grow within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection and analysis of data to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans. Support the development and maintenance of business analysis tools and templates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is an advantage.
