Citizens, Nionals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. Clarificion from the agency Open to Public Duties Help Performs technical work supporting management and program analysis to evalue and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures of the Transition Readiness Program (TRP). Compiles and organizes da from various sources to develop and prepare graphs, dashboards and reports for presention. May review reports to help identify administrive, programmic and operional issues or problemic procedural processes. Develops Standard Opering Procedures (SOP) to assist management in opering more efficiently and effectively. Collects da and develops training merials, presentions and informion packages for the Transition Readiness Program (TRP). Investiges and analyzes adverse quality trends or conditions and inities actions to correct and identifies and reports significant program accomplishments. Designs stregies for identifying opportunities to improve customer service and quality processes. Provides a variety of administrive support duties such as researching and assembling informion for various reports, planning and arranging the maintenance and preparion of informion for budget reports, and organizing the flow of administrive processes for the TRP. Develops and prepares reports, briefings, special papers and summaries from da about the TRP ghered throughout the year. presenting both formally and informally. Develops and manages a central Point, enabling access for staff accountability as required. Independently research benefit informion and keeps abreast of benefits reled to initiives by various coalitions and agencies. to include Department of Veterans Affairs. Screens telephone calls, walk-ins, and situions for complexity and either referring to supervisor or resolving issues when approprie. Interviews clients to determine their transition needs and provide the necessary assistance/referral. Coordines trainings, seminars and workshops, providing instruction when necessary. Involvement includes but is not limited to arranging locion, agenda, schedule, registrion, and managing tendance lists, assembling merial packets. programs and handouts, and miscellaneous client informional merials. Collects and evalues tendee feedback and evaluions, recommending changes to training program in order to improve/accommode end user needs. Identifies steps to improve transactional processes or routine business practices. Analyze and compile stistical da for monthly reports and other reports. Attend briefings, conferences, and seminars. EVALUATIONS

Qualificions Must have least three years' experience in performing career service duties in a large customer-oriented organizion. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Educion, Sociology or a reled field is preferred. Must be able to demonstre knowledge, skills and abilities with Microsoft Office Suite, including developing reports, briefs and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must have excellent interpersonal skills; both written and verbal. Must have the ability to speak in front of small to large groups of people, including workshop/seminar facilition. Knowledge of military transition assistance process and resume preparion is preferred. Additional informion
